Every once in a while, we come across someone who is truly beautiful.
They should be treated like a collectable.
You look, but you don't touch.
All you will do is tarnish or break what you have.
I have done this.
Now what i had is on a high shelf so i can't go near it again.
I tarnish everything that i touch.

ReplyDeleteSometimes it is better to appreciate from afar. Especially if you know in your heart you will probably just break it.
But I have a feeling your being a little hard on yourself. Even though sometimes we should cherrish and tread carefully. It doesn't mean we shouldn't take the risk of opening up what's inside and exploring the possibilities.
Things don't always work out, but that's okay. Those niks and scratches on our hearts can become endearing characteristics. It's kind of like a beautiful antique something or other. It's the minor bits of wear and tear that make it special...
